Manage your ISMS Copilot subscription and billing

Use this guide to choose the right plan, upgrade through checkout, and manage billing tasks in the Stripe customer portal.

You can move between plans, update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. See Cancellation and Refund Policy for the full policy.

All paid plans let you cancel anytime. If you are keeping an active subscription to preserve older pricing, review Price protection for existing customers.

Upgrade your plan

  1. In the app, click Upgrade your plan in the top right.

  2. Review the available plans and choose monthly or annual billing.

  3. Click the button for the plan you want.

  4. Enter your payment details in Stripe Checkout.

  5. Complete payment.

After payment succeeds, your account updates to the new plan.

If you hit a Free plan usage limit, the upgrade dialog can also open automatically.

Open the customer portal

Use the Stripe customer portal to manage billing after you subscribe.

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top right.

  2. Select Manage Subscription.

  3. The Stripe customer portal opens in a new tab.

Update your payment method

  1. Open Manage Subscription.

  2. In the customer portal, go to Payment methods.

  3. Add a new card or replace the existing one.

  4. Save the change.

If a payment fails, update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid service interruption.

Download invoices

  1. Open Manage Subscription.

  2. In the customer portal, open Invoices.

  3. Select the invoice you need.

  4. Download the PDF.

Change plans or billing cycle

  1. Open Manage Subscription.

  2. Choose the option to change your subscription.

  3. Select a different plan or switch between monthly and annual billing.

  4. Confirm the change in the customer portal.

Changes take effect based on the billing terms shown in Stripe during checkout or plan change.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open Manage Subscription.

  2. Choose Cancel subscription.

  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. ISMS Copilot does not provide prorated refunds for cancellations. For policy details, see Cancellation and Refund Policy.
