The Usage tab shows session credits on capped plans, or Unlimited with no Extra usage CTA. Resets are fixed 4-hour UTC bins.

The Usage tab shows your current credit consumption on capped plans, or Unlimited when you are on that plan. Extra usage is not offered on Unlimited.
View your usage
- Click your avatar in the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Click Usage in the left sidebar
What you'll see on capped plans (Free through Business)
Session Usage: A progress bar showing how many credits you've used out of your plan's allocation. The percentage and exact numbers (e.g., "23 / 50 credits") update in real time.
Resets at: The exact time (in UTC) when your session limit resets. ISMS Copilot uses fixed 4-hour UTC bins, not a personal timer from your first message. This countdown shows when the current bin ends and you get a fresh allocation.
Plan: Your current plan name and credit limit per session (e.g., "Plus, 50 credits per session").
On a team, the same tab shows the shared pool: included session, uploads, and Agent Task credits. Team owners on Plus through Business may also see Extra usage.
What you'll see on Unlimited
The pane labels the plan Unlimited. It does not ratio usage onto a credit gauge, and it does not show an Extra usage buy button. Upload top-up is hidden. Extra usage is not available on this plan.
Unlimited is the $1,000/month self-serve top chat plan. Buy it in the app upgrade dialog or billing portal.
Availability limits (concurrent generations, Beyond attempts per UTC day, MCP request rate, workspace files) can still apply. They are not a commercial token cap.
On capped plans, check your usage before starting large tasks like document uploads or gap analysis. If you're near your limit, wait for the reset, continue on a faster model with overflow (solo Plus through Business accounts), or upgrade to avoid interruption. Overflow and Extra usage do not apply on Unlimited.
When you're approaching your limit (capped plans)
Click "Need more? Upgrade your plan" at the top of the Usage tab to see higher-tier plans with increased credits per session. Your new limit applies immediately after upgrading.
Unlimited is already the top chat plan, so there is no Extra CTA and no higher credit ladder.
For lifetime activity metrics (messages sent, conversations, docs generated), use the Stats tab instead of Usage.
