Session windows and usage resets
Usage is measured in fixed 4-hour UTC bins. Free has message caps; capped paid plans have credit windows. Unlimited has no commercial token cap.

4-hour UTC bins
ISMS Copilot does not start a personal timer on your first message. Usage is tracked in fixed 4-hour windows in UTC, starting at 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 UTC. When the bin ends, credits (and Free message counts) reset for the next bin.
Unlimited does not commercially cap that window. The usage pane says Unlimited instead of a credit countdown.

Business is the top capped credit ladder (500 credits per 4h). It is not the maximum chat plan. Unlimited is the $1,000/month self-serve top chat plan. Buy it in the app.
